NOT BROKEN!
We took our first trip to urgent care in TX last night. Nic took a nasty spill on his bike and was complaining of a sore thumb. He didn't have a full range of motion like his other thumb so without even calling my sister or aunt for medical/injury advice I threw him in the care and went to Accute Care for Kids. We were in and out in about 25 minutes and even got a CD with the x-ray results. The films will be reviewed by a radiologist today but the doc didn't see any breaks so we cleaned up a scraped up knee and headed back home for showers and relaxing.
Nic woke up sore today but I gave him an Aleve and will hope that he is feeling better after school. The DI team is supposed to go on a team building adventure to The Zone and play some laser tag. He wouldn't want to miss that on account of a sore thumb.

That's good news! I'm glad y'all have better luck than we do :)
So happy it wasn't broken. Broken thumbs are a pain in the neck (and the thumb...).
