We made it to church but were late enough that we had to sit in the nosebleed seats. Need to work on that. After church we ran to Wal-Mart to pick up some pictures to scrapbook. Next we went to lunch at Steak-n-Shake and then headed home for some quality scrap time! I was able to scrap 8 pages. It felt really good. I was lacking in true creativity but had fun with some new paper and got 8 pages done! Yahoo!
Around 7 I asked the boys if they were ready to go to Cold Stone for Ice Cream? I told them we'd just call that dinner. Their reply, "Who are you and what have you done with our mother?" It was perfect and the ice cream made a really good dinner! When we got home I decided to mow the grass. I had talked to Fred about treating myself and borrowing a neighbor's mower rather than work so hard with our eco-friendly model. Well, I was a glutton today and did it the old fashioned way. It is a good work out. Running sprints up the short hills must look funny to neighbors but hey, who am I trying to impress?
Once that was done I took sometime to talk to gal pals Denise and Kirste. I caught my breath and then took a quick shower. I am not ready to put the boys to bed and curl up and watch a movie. I rented The Bucket List from Red Box today. I hope it is as good as I've heard. Guess I'll let you know tomorrow.
